Sale includes any unattached (non-fixtures) restaurant equipment, accessories, décor, and supplies. All items in auction will be sold as one individual and ONLY lot.  Items in the Premises will be available for inspection at the same location as the sale on November 30, 2023 at 1 :00 p.m. Auction will commence at 3:00 p.m.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Landlord has no documentation of ownership or condition of any item. Landlord

makes no representation or warranty whatsoever with respect to any property subject to sale, all of

which is offered "AS IS, WHERE IS".

 

All auction purchases to be removed from premises on Friday December 1, by 3:00 p.m. Landlord will commence the auction with an opening bid of $5,000.00 credit against former tenant's obligations to Landlord.

 

In order to qualify as a bidder, Landlord and Auctioneers require deposit of a $5,000.00 cashier's check payable to Flagstaff Shelter Services, delivered to the auctioneer prior to commencement of the auction. All bidders must register with auctioneer with ID and receive a bid card in order to participate.

 

The highest bidder's check will be retained and the balance of the purchase price must be paid by wire transfer or cashier's check received by the landlord on or before 9:00 a.m. prevailing Arizona time on December I, 2023. Landlord reserves all rights with respect to the conduct of the auction.
