LOT 1: LED Glow Stage Screen, Stage sound equipment, assorted speakers, audio equipment, rigging, amplifiers, mixing board, mic stands, cables, stage lights, controllers, aluminum ladders, and accesories.

LOT 2: Bar equipment, all unattached SS sinks, coolers, ice machines, SS prep tables, POS System, surveillance cameras, (Walkin beer fridge not for sale), asst. beer kegs, CO2 bottles, and misc.

LOT 3: Assorted tables, chairs, stools, extension cords, cleaning supplies, and Misc.

LOT 4: food prep kitchen with assorted freezers, commercial refrigerators, SS prep tables, including all unattached equipment.

LOT 5: To be determined based on need.​

Terms & Conditions: Buyers are responsibile for the dismantling, moving, and security of purchases when auctioneer says "SOLD". Purchases to be removed by 4:00 p.m. day following auction sale (September 3, 2026), NO EXCEPTIONS.

No items "attached" to the building are not included, aka "fixtures"

All bidders must register with Photo ID and receive an auction bid card. Everything sold as-is, where-is, no warranties expressed or implied. Operation and condition of all equipment subject to inspection during preview, and the responsibiity of the buyer.
